• Coordinate with contractors to provide required
submittals, samples, shop drawings & site mock-ups,
follow-up, review and submit.
• Reviewing draft contracts to make sure all technical
aspects as required for sub-contractors.
• Actively investigating for new suppliers & sub-
contractors that can manage and comply with project
requirements, and preparing a database for those
suppliers to be used upon request.
• Worked closely with site teams and suppliers in order
to provide technical support, schedule or expedite
deliveries and to coordinate and resolve any technical issues.
• Successful record of negotiating quotation, while
ensuring the continuation and enhancements of
services.
• Played a key role in Material’s approval stage as
material team member in tough deadlines.
• Conduct/attend Meeting with Consultants, sub-
contractors & other related departments for technical
review and coordination of Material approvals, shop
drawings, delivery of material and installation.
• Successfully reviewed all incoming correspondence
related to quotations, Maintain and update files,
records, certificates and/or the documents as required.
• Effectively participated & Supervised a team of
draftsmen and technicians delivering a high-quality
Architectural Design Drawings, Shop Drawings &
colored presentations for many Large-scale projects.
• Productively established & developed a drafting
standard Guidance for the architectural department
including all layering system, plot styles etc.
• Analyze technical implications of design concept,
calculating areas, quantities and preparing lettering to
accompany drawings.
