- Delivering presentations about NSN features & solutions to customers
- Directing “Sales Solution Managers - SSM” from different Business Units, managing the design and orchestrating the technical solution proposal to respond to tenders (including third parties products)
- Support the Project Management Team in the implementation of the GSM-R Network (especially in kickoff meeting, planning and scheduling, change control, project closing, and lessons learned)

The Charging, Billing & IN (Intelligent Network) Solution Center is responsible for the implementation of IN solutions for GSM Customers, from design & development, testing/verification/integration till customer acceptance.
- Responsible for performing enhanced “end-to-end functionality tests” (including result analysis and reporting) for IN services and for IN-MSC Interface prior to installing it on customer site
- Responsible for several IN projects for various Mobile Operators in the Middle East
Achievement:
- Management Distinctions for (Emergency) Support of Zain KSA’s IN during "Hajj Season"

Responsible for an extensive range of technical and management-related tasks at Comium Liberia.
- Non-technical Responsibilities: Coordination with Huawei (& TRA) regarding GSM Network upgrades, expansions, commissioning, and network acceptance activities
- Technical Responsibilities: Network Planning, Statistical Analysis & KPI improvement, definition of SIM cards, generation of Recharge Cards, maintaining Prepaid Charging Matrix, etc.
