The scope of work covers supervision of four purchasing officers; four logistics officers; two logistics coordinators; one store in charge; five storekeeper; 02 data entry and three assistant storekeeper to fulfill the requirements of the companies from Studio Lighting systems items, Architainment lighting system items, broadcast systems items, Pro AV systemsitems, CCTV&Punlic Address System items, AV&Lighting designing and installation Services spare parts, tools, …, from local markets as well as international markets with quality and cost saving in mind. The responsibility includes, proper implementation of all procurement procedures through state of art software solution starting from measuring productivity of each purchaser, to optimization of sourcing, aggregated purchases, … ending with all daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly reporting. Also logistics and warehouses management responsibilities The scope of inventory was covering all types of lighting and broadcast materials and auxiliary equipment and tools of different kinds and applications in addition to mobilization and demobilization of sub-warehouses at different construction projects. The scope of responsibility includes but not limited to receipt procedures, issue procedures, inventory control procedures, quality assurance procedures, goods inspection and return procedures, and all related monthly, and yearly reporting.
