Inspection for building construction
Responsibilities:

•Monitor and supervise the inspection of all mechanical activities such as plumbing, HVAC, Piping, Welding, Coating, Static and Rotary mechanical Equipment Develop Quality Procedure, ITP and Checklist.
•Inspection for material receiving, Plumbing, HVAC System, Piping, Welding & Coating, Mechanical equipment with respect to project Quality requirements.
•Issue WIR (work inspection request) and MIR (Material inspection request).
•Inspect and provide the technical advice and support on the installation of mechanical systems for building projects such as HVAC, Fire Fighting systems such as sprinkler, Fire suppression system (FM200 & NOVEC), fire dampers, BMS, LPG and Ventilation system to insure that works on site are in accordance with the project specifications and approved shop drawings details.
•Inspection is accordance to approved method of statement documents and HSE health and safety and risk assessment (RAMS)
•Inspect materials/equipment storage on site and testing & commissioning on all mechanical systems.
•Inspect materials on site to ensure that materials are in accordance with the project specifications and approved materials submittals.
•Review the progress of the mechanical works at site and follow up with contractors/subcontractors for any site issues.
•Review bill of quantities related to mechanical works.
•Review materials submittals, shop drawings, As-built drawings and Operation and maintenance manuals.
•Inspect the quality of the works to ensure that materials are in accordance with the project specifications.
•Issue site inspection report (SIR) and Noncompliance report (NCR) when needed.
•Staying up-to date with the latest codes and standards
•Efficient in review of mechanical systems installation details
•Monitor the quality of the works performed.
•Monitor work progress on site in accordance to approved work schedule.
•Coordination with other disciplines and maintaining good relationships with team members/consultants and owner.

MEP Projects
Water treatment (RO) and softener stations for buildings, Restaurants, schools, factories, Mills, furnaces, etc.
RO stations for sea, well and drinking water treatment stations.
Desalination and Softener system with micron filters and UV.
RO (Reverse osmosis) system and water treatment stations including feed, high pressure and dosing pumps, in additional to press control, pressure switches, float switches, noun return valves, sand Media, carbon media, solenoid valves, micron filters, settlement tanks, membranes, product, drain and TDS flow meters, VFD high pressure pumps controller, production tanks, Ultra Violet UV, chlorination, antiscalant, anti-corrosion chemical tanks.
Softener systems including chlorination chemical tank dosing pump softener resin package with salt cylinder and micron filters in additional to UV package.
•Installation and inspection are in accordance to the project specifications and approved shop drawings details and approved material submittals and as per operation and maintenance manual.
•Review bill of quantities (BOQ) related to mechanical work.
•Inspect material/ equipment storage on site to insure that materials are in accordance to project specifications and approved material submittals.
•Issue site inspection report (RFI) and Work inspection request for insulation (WRI) and Material inspection report (MIR) and Variation orders (VO).
•Managing manpower and work’s feasibility.
•Routine Inspection for RO and drinking water stations on the sites and buildings.
•Work on shop drawing, and variation orders for the projects.
•Providing technical assistance and product education for the labors.
•Daily and weekly routine meeting with Laborers and discussion about performance of work.
•Reporting daily and productivity reports to Construction Manager

Manufacturing and supplying for block work Accessories, insulation, waterproofing, mechanical, electrical, fire stopping, plastering, sealing, architectural, tile adhesives and mechanical stone cladding products in additional to cable tray, cable trunk, cable ladder, Expansion Joints, Raised floor, Extruded and Expanded Polystyrene, APP & SBS Asphalt Rolls, PVC conduits, EMT Conduits, PPR pipes, upvc pipes, PE pipes, cpvc pipes, fittings, clamps, Mechanical cladding Fixation, traffic and parking safety systems.

Provide the customer with technical studies, data sheets, submittals and Quotations for Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, & Architect products.
Providing technical assistance and product education.
Managing and interpreting customer requirements.
Weekly routine meeting with vendors and discussion about products.
Site visits in order to supervise for the installation of company products in a right way.
Searching for new clients who could benefit from the company products and visiting them.
Searching for alternative and Complementary products on the market that can make complete package with company products and can make profit for the company.
