Conduct all needed investigations and procedures regarding renting process.
Set, formulate and review different contracts and present recommendations to ensure maintaining company rights.
Follow up registration of different contracts with the concerned parties.
Communicate and coordinate with the HR employee regarding the new custody employees document signatures and all needed procedures to maintain company rights.
Investigate employees in case of committing a violation against company policies.
