Call couching to improve service and productivity
Work proactively to resolve issues and improve the service towards Dealers and internal clients.
Ensuring that the team reaches the assigned Service Level Agreement.
Power generation and distribution.
Trouble shooting equipment at startup and shutdown to insure safe operations.
General operations and maintenance of equipment.
Passenger Handling and Baggage Security
Managing the Check-in counter and assisting passengers
Co-ordinating with airline officials and supervisors to provide utmost passenger service
Interfacing with ground and operation staff to ensure smooth and efficient boarding of passengers and departure time
Managing the departure lounge and cross check on passengers boarding status
