Job Description -

• Major Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate with the three Maintenance teams deployed in a three different regions (Central-AUH-AAN-Island, Western, Northern-DXB-SRJ-FUJ-RAK) for Preventive & corrective Maintenance.
• Fault handling and escalation (identifying and responding to faults on OMS systems and networks, escalated by customer or signal corp/army, handling escalation through to resolution).
• Provisioning in OMS (IP assignment, core network configuration, DNS setup, monitoring and graphing for co location, leased lines, customer backup and other customer network services)
• Maintenance of project reports and technical documentation (for NOC/NMC) of processes and procedures used throughout normal operations.
• Development of knowledge and skills in network and system administration, particularly with regard to UAE Armed force own architecture and platforms
• Tier 3 Support for co-location, customer backup network and ISP services.
• Participate in a 24x7 call-out rota if required.
• Preventive maintenance based on schedule agreed with the customer (UAE Armed forces).
