- Ensure HSE audit process and plan is developed and implemented.
- Reporting Monthly to the management about the performance of HSE management in all project work sites.

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES

•Responding to fire alarms and then determining whether a fire exists and if it does then attempting to extinguish the fire.
•Giving advice to colleagues on all issues to do with health and safety.
•Advising managers on how to minimize or eliminate risks and hazards.
•Regularly checking alarm systems to ensure they are working properly.
•Providing administrative support to the Health & Safety Manager.
•Describing to senior managers how you intend to manage health and safety within the company.

•Presenting health and safety reports at Executive meetings.

PROJECT EXPOSURE
•Experience in preparation of HSE Plan & Procedure in line with various national & international HSE standards.
•Identify HSE needs for new project mobilization, ensure and procure necessary resources required. Implement HSE Management system.
•Preparation of Training modules for various construction activities like Working at Height, Confined Space Entry, Excavation, Hot & Cold Work Activity, Heavy Lifting & Rigging, Basic First Aid & Fire Fighting Technique, permit to Work System, Lock Out & Tag Out, Electrical Safety, Scaffolding etc.
•Preparation of Job Safety Analysis (JSA) & Risk Assessment for non-routine hazardous onshore / offshore construction activities
•Assessment of subcontractor HSE program and its onsite implementation.
•Review of technical transmittals, method statement, critical lift plan, special scaffold plan
•Review and approve the HSE deliverables of the project and sub-contractors.
•Accident/ Incident Investigation and Implementation of Corrective Actions to avoid re-occurrence of similar incident.
•Implementation of Emergency Response Procedure & conduct various emergency drills like muster, fire etc.
•Lead team of HSE Manger/Supervisor/officer & provide necessary resources to ensure smooth functioning of HSE department.
•Ensure contractor implemented approved HSE system through co-ordination and active participation.
•Provide HSE functional guidance, auditing, training and participation in meetings for individual contractor and sub-contractor HSE professionals
•Co-ordination with different subcontractor on site to ensure smooth functioning of construction work activity.
•Ensure leading and trailing HSE performance measures are developed, complied, acted and maintained.
