Responsible for Quality Systems Management and developing a training program to improve quality awareness, which includes promoting QC involvement, conducting root cause analysis, implementing corrective actions, and maintaining an effective quality management system.
Assist routine testing of LV, MV and HV cables.
Preparation of Finished Goods Transfer Note.
Preparation of electrical test plan & Issuing test certificates and test reports. Carry out Special (Sample) and Type Test (Electrical).
Make fault location & preparations of NCR reports.
Analyses non-conformities, Corrective's & Preventive Action.
Controlling & operation of switchyard (400/220/132 kV) Through SCADA (Siemens).
carry routine Test of All kind of power cable up to 220kv.
Testing of cable measuring and HI - POT test.
Preparation of ITP, FAT & Test Certificates or human resources handling & proper utilization.
Testing and commissioning of electrical cables, preparation of documentation, inspection of equipment and materials, maintenance procedures, and coordination with clients.
Conduct inspections at Manufacturers/ vendors premises regarding approved ITP, Work order.
