• Manage local deliveries of all raw materials (packaging, chemicals, stationary, spare parts …).
• Monitor and manage warehouses inventory, physical count accuracy, availability and proper documentation of all warehouses.
• Coordinate with raw materials planner to ensure adequate supply to cover all production and supplies needs.
• Monitor and manage availability in Spare Parts, Raw Materials, and safety, stationary and chemical supplies and assure no out of stock.
• Track concentrates delivery and shelf life and communicates needed information to all related parties.
• Prepare information and reports about (expiry, FIFO, spare parts and raw materials provision, physical count, ) supports business needs.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly provision reports and communicate it with costing and inventory department.
• Share with departments their daily and monthly Spare Parts expenses.
• Ensure safe operating conditions exist throughout the warehousing operation. Promptly correct unsafe conditions
• Manage proper implementation of Best Practice Tools SAP, M&W, and Materials Resource Planning.
• Monitor weekly KPIs and set action plans to assess and evaluate department performance.
•Ensure that all processes complied with ISO/COSO/SOX standards. • Ensure that warehouse operation is done according to PI GMP and quality requirements (QAS, AIBI, FIFO…etc.)
• Coach the team and provide constant feedback for development and improved performance.
• Lead problem solving activities for warehousing/logistics operation; coaches on process improvement
• Set objectives to Raw Materials, and Spare Parts team.
• Provide the proper training, guidance and couching to the employees help develop their multi-skills.
• Create a cherishing work environment and support all initiatives aiming to develop the work Environment.
• Manage the resources in a way guarantees highest productivity and less cost
• Set with the team's objective and targets and revise it in Mid-Year-Review and discuss results in the year end.

Global Supply Chain (GSC)
• Collate purchase orders and purchase requisitions in order to order materials, goods and supplies and send them to the suppliers.
• Review inventories and order as required.
• Interact with the suppliers on a day to day basis.
• Review deliveries against the orders. •Track the status of any orders.
• Deal with nonsupplied, under orders, over orders and damaged goods. •Ensure that any invoices are sent to accounts for payment.
• Deliver AP KPI commitments related to SAFETY-QUALITY-SERVICE-COST, identify and follow up on areas of improvement, by Promising Delivery 100% and inventories level as well as achieving PPO KPIs.
• Develop relationships with suppliers in order to solve the problems with vendors for any material defects, delivery shortage and invoice discrepancy.
• This position includes, but is not limited to, other duties as required and defined by the scope, purpose, and spirit of the institution and are not always indicative of the title and grade of the position.
• Contact airlines / cargo agents for release of cargo.
• Liaising with Traffic Dept. regarding delivery to customers.
• Break-bulk of import documents.
• Co-ordinate with contractor on agent clearance, terminal clearance and survey of cargoes.
• Invoicing (Issues Billings to customers).
• All matters relating to airport shipments.
• Monitor shipments (Airfreight, Sea freight).
• Any assignment as required by superior.
