Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Making sure customers are happy with the service and products.
2.Managing budgets, handiling cash and end of day cheking.
3.Maintaining statistical and financial records.
4. Dealing with customer queries and complaints.
5. Overseeing pricing and stock control.
6. Maximizing profitability and setting /meeting sales target.
7. Ensure compliance with health and safety legislations.
8. Preparing promotional materials and displays.
9. Liasing with head office.
10. Helping to implement store policies.
11. Routing sales productivity reports to staff
12. Motivating employees.
Responsible for managing the P&L and driving sales for the store through efficient store operations, visual merchandising, customer service delivery, motivation and retention of store personnel and adherence to company norms, also responsible for sponsoring and coaching the team.
1)Ensure 100% items availability to maximize sales & Profit..
2)Monitor item movement and place orders through the SABS system.
3)Perform category check to ensure item availability.
4)Monitor damaged items, returnable and dumping.
5)Perform monthly partial inventory count within the section.
6)Maintain the stock level according to the sales to avoid overstock.
7)Ensure all Food safety standards are implemented and in compliance with the municipality regulations.
8)Ensure price integrity & trade standards are in compliance with the Ministry of Commerce.
9)Make sure that all items have shelf tags and all signage in place
