•Looking after & overall managing of EPC project in Ras Laffan Industrial City, located at Ras Laffan- State of Qatar, for North Field East Expansion Project Onshore LNG Facilities with a value exceeding $44 Million. Client is Chiyoda Technip Joint Venture (CTJV), and the Owner is Qatargas Operating Company Limited. Engineering, Procurement & Construction of 41 fixed dome roof Tanks (>6300 Tons). Overall Managing 3 different erection and construction locations in Ras Laffan Industrial City, Qatar, in addition to the prefabrication shop areas in Qatar & Oman. Having a control for about 850 manpower between direct staff people & indirect staff throughout engineering, procurement, shops, planning, project control & contract, administration and project departments.

 NMC is one of the Major Mechanical, and Structural Engineering Contractor in the region. The company is engaged in shutdown and maintenance projects, EPC of packaged unit, general plant construction, heavy engineering, and process equipment manufacturing, as well as, refractory and insulation, and industrial painting projects in the Kingdom of Bahrain, as well as the GCC countries.
 Looked after & overall managed of 4 contracts (EP & C) in BAPCO MODERINIZATION PROGRAM with a value exceeding $53 Million. Client is Technip FMC, Tecnicas Reunidas and Samsung Engineering Joint Venture (TTSJV), and the Owner is Bahrain Petroleum Company (BAPCO).
Engineering & Procurement for 16 tanks (>15000 Tons), Construction for 12 large storage tanks (3/11 are double walled refrigerated tanks) & Revamping of existing 8 tanks (API 650, 653 & 620). Here we have different type of tanks (External floating roof with double & single deck, fixed cone roof and fixed dome roof). Overall Managed 4 different erection and construction locations in Bapco Refinery, in addition to the prefabrication shop areas. Having a control for about 800 manpower between direct staff people in & indirect staff throughout engineering, procurement, shop, planning & project departments.
 Successfully managed 2 projects in Aluminum Bahrain (ALBA) with the value of $5 Million (ALBA POTLINE 6 PROJECT):
- Gas Treatment Center/ Collector duct Erection works along Potrooms: (Fives Solios & Bechtel).
- Furnace Tending Assemblies: Fabrication/ site installation including Girders, end carriages, stairs, trolley frame, piping works, Anode stacker cranes etc. (NKM Noell Special Cranes Gmbh & Bechtel).

 Ramsis Engineering is a specialized and well recognized mechanical engineering contractor providing manufacturing, construction and maintenance services to oil & gas, petrochemical, power, desalination and other process industries in Bahrain and GCC countries.
 Managed 1800MW combined cycle power plant#5 with the value of $10 Million for Piping Erection Scope of work in ALBA new Expansion with +100, 000 WDI of site welding (Gama & Alba). The responsibilities started from tender stage study, manpower/ equipment/ resource allocation, budget & financial performance controlling, liaising with workshop for piping fabrication status/ sequence/ collection and finally site execution (Mechanical, Civil & E/I) complying with all QA/QC/HSE Requirement.
 Worked for “Saudi Bahrain 30" Pipeline Project - Onshore works at Al Jazayer Beach/ Bahrain’’: This Project was under National Petroleum Construction Company (NPCC) & the Client was ARAMCO. The project value was about BHD1 Million. Also, Worked for the Same Project in the remaining segment (28KM) from the beach to Bahrain Petroleum Refinery. The project value was about BHD7.5 Million. RE was the Main Contractor & Bahrain Petroleum Co. (BABCO) was the Client.
 Construction of Oil/ Gas flow lines using the most updated technology including all Mechanical, Civil & E/I activities within the field of Tatweer Petroleum Co.; more than 350KM of pipelines with different sizes/ specs. were installed through the general construction services contract with the value of about BHD8 Million. In addition to the maintenance contract with Tatweer Petroleum for piping/ tanks/vessel etc. with about BHD3 Million.

 Looked after stationary & rotary equipment maintenance within the Refinery leading a team with about 100 personnel from different related trades.
 Worked on tanks farm Maintenance schedule; storage tanks repair (fixed/ floating roof). Sphere tanks repair (LPG tanks).
 Maintenance & repairing of Columns, Vessels, Heaters, Heat Exchangers, Valves, Pipes etc.
 Construction of new Pipelines.
 Carried out the maintenance & overhaul schedule (Corrective /Breakdown,
Preventive and Predictive) for many types of Pumps, Compressors & Turbines.
 Participated in the repair & maintenance works during unit’s shutdown.
 Prepared required construction/ maintenance plan considering the given
assignment’s time frame / finance requirements to achieve the targets.
 Monitoring the status of rotary equipment (vibration analysis, noise, performance,
routine check etc.) and then take the correct troubleshooting.
 Performed store’s related tasks (venders' quotes study, spare parts receiving,
items arranging in the vocabulary system, etc.).
