Installation of low sulphur fuel oil(LSFO) Fuel Gas(FG) Fuel Oil(FO) from Mina Al-Ahmadi refinery to Doha & Subiya power stations.
Responsible for
conducting procedure qualification test(PQR) welder qualification tests(WQT) and witnessing destructive test for PQR, WQT with the Client
Checking the fitups of the joint.
Reviewing and updating pipe book.
Good knowledge of Api 1104.
Well versed with ÀUT(Automated Ultrasonic Testing)
Weld visual inspection of welded joints.
Laying special empasis on Tie-in joints & for cut-out joints, Witnessing magnetic particle inspection and ultrasonic testing for lamination checks

•Supervising of all project plan undertaken for the Department of Mechanical Works which includes piping, Structural(Pipe Rack) worked with the Clients
•Analyzed the sequential steps necessary to accomplish the work in terms of time and resources.
•Monitored the progress & reported of all the site activities in accordance with the planned schedule.
•Organized meetings with clients/consultants with active involvement to review the project status, plans & schedules & troubleshoot as required.
•Assigning and monitoring the work of all the vendors and report daily/ Weekly work progress. Evaluate and monitor site activities by laying special emphasis on quality control.
•To monitor the welding activities as per Project spec and Procedure.
