Handle Project from Quotation to execution for structural steel work.
Reviewing quotation before sending clients. Attending weekly meeting with client for running projects. Man material and equipment providing at site as per plan co ordination with planning, qc, and hse department to run site smoothly and timely finish.
• Monitoring site and distributing work among site supervisors after review for W-Deck.
• Follow up Prefabricated material from shop floor to site as per schedule.
• Co-ordination with client, QC, and HSE department to short out clashes.
• Co-ordination with Project Department for subcontracting and timely delivery.
• Co-ordination with Engineering Department for updated drawing and design.
• Raise site query to client for any clashing and raise revision order for cost code to accomplish extra work.
• Review rework sheet and forward to QS to back charge to client.
• Review daily progress report and report to Yard Manager for structural work and pipe support installation for well head deck
Site execution for structural steel fabrication and erection at QGX project.
Control all site structural steel work in process area as per erection schedule.
Supervision for modification work and handling all modification work.
Making schedule for timely completion.
At GTL project erection structural steel for main pipe rack, sub rackin process area
Handle the responsibility of Fabrication Engineer.
Fabrication of steel structural for pipe rack, bridge, Deck and jackets.
Cotrol all pre fabrication work in fab shop and beam cutting shop.
Pre fabrication for pipe support, pipe spool shop.
Reporting to yard manager and arranging equipments for yard.
Fabrication and erection of steel structural for Dearator platform, boiler platform, pipe rack, pipe bridge, gantry and pump houses.
Fabrication and erection for piping work.
Fabrication and erction for oil storage tanks.
Erection for over head crane and equipment.
Sand blasting and painting for steel structural, piping and tanks.
Handle the responsibility of site engineer.
Erection and fabrication for structural steel.
Site execution for oil storage tanks.
Renovation of phos.acid tanks at kandla.
To make schedule for timely completion of work.
To make report and repoting to manager.
Handle the responsibility of production supervisor.
Manage all production activities and ensuring time span.
Instruct qc supervisor and verify report.
Co-ordination with factory manager for execution and achieving target.
Co-ordination with R & D manager and quality manager on different issues like new product development and quality improvement.
