Managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency;
Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control;

dealing with staffing issues such as interviewing potential staff, conducting appraisals and performance reviews, as well as providing or organising training and development;

Serve customers using the five step customer service standard
Handle the cash register including all cash, eftpos and credit sales plus refunds and exchanges
Order and organize stock
Assist with window displays for special promotions
Maintain store and stock in impeccable condition
Balance the till at close of business each day
