Lead Professional Services Department through building strategic alliances with vendors, create Business Plan, Achieve Technical and Financial goals, hire skilled people, develop team members. Proven Ability to generate business, offer technical expertise, building trust relationship with customers and create viable projects with new and existing clients. Architect the solutions offered for the customer, create bids and Proposals, manage projects and assist on implementation if needed.
• Suggesting and providing IT solutions to business and management problems.
• Lead and assist in the development of bids and proposals.
• Implement and Assist on Design solutions to the Customer in networking/Systems areas, which includes solutions for Systems, Security, Wireless design etc. Study and analyze the latest products and their features, this enables in giving optimum solutions to the Customers in designing their network infrastructure.
• Install new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements
An active member of Professional Engineers team to contribute the following:
• Provide remote Monitoring, Troubleshooting and Debugging assistance for US companies’ systems like manage Backups, resolving systems faults and escalating issues that needs onsite action. (All through Synaptic)
• Provide on-site and remote support of customer networks/Systems and equipment as required
• Support other community projects as needed
• Provide supporting documentation, reports, and other information to management
• Analyzing and resolving faults, ranging from a major systems crash to a forgotten password
• Liaising with other Support Partners & Suppliers
• Providing training and technical support for users with varying levels of IT knowledge and competence
• Assists in supporting corporates applications, user desktops, etc.
• Assists with basic troubleshooting, backup, and archiving.
• Creates network and email accounts for new users.
• Sets up computers for new users and ensures delivery of equipment to users in different locations if necessary.
• Provide expertise and skills needed to effectively support Company customers
• Part of R&D team in order to develop AccessPoints, switches, bridges and servers Applications using Embedded linux(openWRT), linux(gentoo), C, Embedded C, php, html, Mysql
