Architect the solutions offered for the customer, create bids and Proposals, manage projects and assist on implementation if needed.

• Install new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements
An active member of Professional Engineers team to contribute the following:
• Provide remote Monitoring, Troubleshooting and Debugging assistance for US companies’ systems like manage Backups, resolving systems faults and escalating issues that needs onsite action. (All through Synaptic)
• Provide on-site and remote support of customer networks/Systems and equipment as required
• Support other community projects as needed
• Provide supporting documentation, reports, and other information to management
• Analyzing and resolving faults, ranging from a major systems crash to a forgotten password
• Liaising with other Support Partners & Suppliers
• Providing training and technical support for users with varying levels of IT knowledge and competence
• Assists in supporting corporates applications, user desktops, etc.
• Assists with basic troubleshooting, backup, and archiving.
• Creates network and email accounts for new users.
• Sets up computers for new users and ensures delivery of equipment to users in different locations if necessary.
• Provide expertise and skills needed to effectively support Company customers
• Part of R&D team in order to develop AccessPoints, switches, bridges and servers Applications using Embedded linux(openWRT), linux(gentoo), C, Embedded C, php, html, Mysql
