Maintenance and Repair:
Reports damage to office areas and equipment, and organizes and monitors maintenance and repair.
Ensures that the Generator, air conditioner, printers, photocopier, laptops, multimedia and other office equipment functioning well and initiate to repair if needed.
Follows up repair or maintenance work at equipment and infrastructures, monitor and report the quality of implementation
Assists in updating and documenting project inventory and documentation of handed over items.
Meeting and Event Management:
Organizes and coordinates logistical aspects for planning, holding and documenting meetings, workshops, seminars and other events.
Ensures logistics supplies, i.e. multimedia, pin boards, and other supplies
Prepares participant list, invitation letter printing and distribution by support staff
Is responsible for organizing administrative and logistical aspects of project meetings, workshops etc.
Finance and accounting:
Receives bills from vendors & Processes for the bills for the payment.
Other duties/additional tasks:
Plan, administer, and monitor all activities of D.Net Core Procurement.
Plan, administer, and monitor all activities of asset management.
Ensure timely repair & maintenance.
Organize in-house event management.
Maintain documentation for logistics equipment (following handing over and taking over format) regarding staff joining and releasing period.
Prepare report as per management requirements.
Maintain store stock register.
Ensure store equipment in time delivery as per approved threshold.
Prepare monthly store management report.
Skills:
Evaluate self-performance in line with the evaluation format.
Undertake skill improvement drive as per staff members’ evaluation format.
Ensure security and safe custody of all documents related to the responsibility.
Perform any other tasks assign by the management.
1) To perform monitoring from a leading position on project activities against key project targets which includes collecting monitoring data through small-scale surveys/ observations/ interviews with pre-designed formats?
2) To conduct- gender session, Father’s Session, Mother’s Session those are on awareness issues-Gender, Child Rights, Early Marriage, Dowry, Birth Registration, Marriage Registration, Puberty, Reproductive System, Reproductive Health, HIV/AIDS, Child Trafficking, Women Torture, Child abuse, Drug and many other issues . I had to identify location specific issues /study for advocacy.
3) I had to produce & publish research /study reports and continuous lobbying with reports at local and national levels-
4) I had to develop advocacy plan on identified issues and formulate them accordingly to the demand of the project in consultation with project operation team and advocacy program. I had to work at own initiative for designing advocacy campaign on Gender, Child Rights, Early Marriage, Dowry, Birth Registration, Marriage Registration, Puberty, Reproductive System, Reproductive Health, HIV/AIDS, Child Trafficking, Women Torture, Child Abuse, Drug and other issues based on the demand of the field and organizing advocacy activities in the project area.
5) I had to assist all level concerned staffs to document the case, learning, stories or features and to prepare monthly and annual reports.
6) I had to prepare documents on project learning including successful practices and disseminate them at local & national level.
7) I had to organize and conduct workshops/seminars involving policy makers/ public representatives on current topics/issues in relation to study/research findings of the project.
