Legal Consultant: Advise major International Government clients and large multinational Companies on foreign investment in KSA (primarily setting up new JV’s/Branch etc.), corporate restructurings, acquisitions, liquidations, EPC’s, divestment's along with dealing in Labor Law cases.

Draft and review legal documents and contracts and follow up on legal aspects of commercial transactions (such as share sale agreements, Article of Association etc.).

Provide consultancy concerning doing business in KSA from a legal perspective (financial and corporate).

Role: File and maintain Trademark/Patent & Industrial Designs in various jurisdictions including Gulf States (GCC) & Iran, providing legal advice to clients regarding oppositions and rejections whilst preserving and protecting their rights, the office has so far secured more than 125 clients and had approximately 80% growth this fiscal year.

Legal trainee at the Legal Department coordinating works between the Proposal Department and Legal Department. Review contracts for tendering stage and ongoing projects contracts. Exposed to various contract conditions specially FIDIC and reviewing various contracts such as JV, Consortium and subcontractors and advising concerned departments on legal issues.

May - September 2008: Trainee at local attorney office in Amman, Jordan. I was
exposed to legal cases in the Arabic language. I was acquainted with Jordanian
Legal System.
