Administrative Coordinator - SCM at Chevron

From June 2007 to July 2015, I served as an Administrative Assistant and was subsequently promoted to Coordinator in the SCM department at Chevron's two gas plants and main office. I directed and supervised the largest team in the Facility Administration section of SCM. I conducted employee performance evaluations, enhanced existing policies, strategic planning for resources and assets, and executed projects and performance monitoring.

- Managed and supervised 90 employees, overseeing performance
evaluation and development including recruitment.
- Conducted resource analysis, defined asset acquisition, and facilitated
budget planning.
- Ensured efficient customer service and proactive safety operations.
- Executed three projects: enhanced visibility with tracking devices,
improved safety culture, and optimized resource allocation through Lean Sigma.
- Served as the logistic section chief for the emergency action committee at Moulavibazar Gas Plant.

- Assisted three gas plants with safety data analysis.
- Implemented projects, including In-Vehicle Monitoring System (IVMS) for GPS-based tracking.
