From June 2007 to July 2015, I served as an Administrative Assistant and was subsequently promoted to Coordinator in the SCM department at Chevron's two gas plants and main office. I directed and supervised the largest team in the Facility Administration section of SCM. I conducted employee performance evaluations, enhanced existing policies, strategic planning for resources and assets, and executed projects and performance monitoring.
