the material on designated time along with entirely clearing material

• Inquiries (2009-present): Handling project inquiries and achieving unsurpassed quotations from
Suppliers.

• Purchase Orders (2009-present): Preparing/Submitting all purchase orders to suppliers and tracking to be delivered on time required.

• Projects (2009-present): Handled projects worth budgets of KD +250 Mil, contacting foreign suppliers, negotiating prices, payment terms, penalties, opening letter of credits, comparisons between vendors, issuing of purchase orders, arranged freight deliveries (logistics), clearing of material in Kuwait, expediting of the purchase orders until job competition.

• Foreign Purchase Orders (2009-present): In charge of International orders, negotiating, sourcing, communicating, issuing orders.


• Training (2009-2011): Full training/tutoring for new employees (expediting, reporting, logistics)

• Custom Clearance (2009-2012): In charge of preparing shipping clearing documents, contacting clearing agents & assuring shipments to be cleared at the earliest side stepping any demurrage or extra costs.

Inventory: In-charge of managing and depleting stocks, preparing stocks and sales reports placing orders according to inventory.

Purchasing: In-charge of costing, managing and coordinating stocks and orders with 3 sales Managers, improving the quality and cost of purchases, oversee the approval & control of all purchasing activities for an assigned product group, preparing documents for municipality and customs clearing, contacting and handling over 45 worldwide suppliers.

Logistics: Tracking shipments, investigate new developments in materials
and supplies, Contacting and dealing with best-known shipping companies (CMA-CGM, Maersk, Safamarine Maersk….)

Marketing: In-charge of preparing promotions for Marketing, Sales and Invoice departments.

Warehousing: Overseeing stock control and processing orders, ensuring quality, delivery budget and environmental objectives are met, keeping stock control systems up to date, planning future capacity requirements, producing regular reports and statistics on weekly basis, briefing team & related departments, overseeing the planned maintenance of vehicles, machinery and equipment.

Sell Volume, distribution, merchandising, shelving, and pricing.

Operate efficiently and economically.

Ensure excellent deployment for the shelving, visibility, or displays contracts.

Train, coach, monitor, and motivate the merchandisers on daily basis to ensure getting maximum productivity.
