Attend weekly progress meetings with main contractors and supervision consultants for follow ups of corrective and
preventive measures.
Organize the QA/QC dept. such as duty and responsibilities, work distributions in order to cover all production, installation
and construction activity with competent personnel.
Ensure agreed inspection & testing procedures are carried out and maintained with proper documentation as per Quality
Management System.
Monitor the third-party laboratory for the required tests as per project specification and the inspection and testing plan
requirement.
Control all quality documents, engineering drawing, technical issues, raw materials used at site. Review the material
technical data sheets.
Develop method of statement for the activity including risk assessment, checklist and inspection test plan based on the
project specification.
Arrange and submit all pre-qualification, including concrete mix designs, Method Statements. ITPs, Quality procedures, data,
quality related documents and technical submittal of supplier/in coming sub-contractor prior to engineer approval.
Coordinates with all trades upon execution of works.
Prepare weekly quality Reports, different types of logs (if applicable), Supervise & manage different technical issues.
Coordinate, Analyze, response all clients complains (NCRs) for different projects.
Generate Non-conformance reports ( NCR ) to activities not conforming to project specification and monitor detailed action
plan for close-out.
Conduct Tool Box Talk if required prior starting any new activity at site. with concerned personnel.
Close co-ordinate with the vendors, engineers, sub-contractors to solve the problem and work completion on time.
Managing day-to-day activities with the consultants and sub-contractors, ensure that the quality of works is being
implemented.
Progress meeting ( with client, internal and with sub-contractors ) and follow ups.
Maintain standards of safety and comply with company health, safety and environment management system requirements.
