*Client: RAK (Ras Al Khaimah Municipality) & PSD (Public Service Department).

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Working with the preliminary/ detailed design drawing packages for the northern region of (Ras Al Khaimah) regarding a network of urban roadways, storm drainage network and hydrology assets (drainage channels, collection ponds & crossing culverts), the scope of work includes roads (plan/prof & x-sec), road markings, gradings, parking areas, junctions, roundabouts, storm water, ponds grading, channels longitudinal profiles, culverts cross sections, etc.).
* Confirming horizontal and vertical road geometry, plots geometry, plots gates (locations & levels), and ROW cross-sections, so that the planned plots can be released by RAK Government with 100% confidence.
* Preparing/Reviewing the geometric designs (alignments, profiles & cross-sections) for the assigned urban roads (arterials, collectors, and locals) conforming to (Ras Al Khaimah municipality standards), geometric design manual for Dubai roads (GDMDR) & AASHTO Standards.
* Preparing/Reviewing the proposed drainage network (pipes/manholes) in parallel with our road geometric design).
* Closely coordinating with the planning team regarding (the road network masterplan "roads' ROW & parcels") and the traffic engineer regarding the junction types and which to implement in our layout.
* Preparing the detailed design drawings for the (channels/ponds) regarding the assigned hydrology assets.
