*Project: Detailed Designs for (Urban Roads Network, Storm drainage Network, (Collection Ponds/Drainage Channels)
*Client: RAK (Ras Al Khaimah Municipality) & PSD (Public Service Department).
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Working with the preliminary/ detailed design drawing packages for the northern region of (Ras Al Khaimah) regarding a network of urban roadways, storm drainage network and hydrology assets (drainage channels, collection ponds & crossing culverts), the scope of work includes roads (plan/prof & x-sec), road markings, gradings, parking areas, junctions, roundabouts, storm water, ponds grading, channels longitudinal profiles, culverts cross sections, etc.).
* Confirming horizontal and vertical road geometry, plots geometry, plots gates (locations & levels), and ROW cross-sections, so that the planned plots can be released by RAK Government with 100% confidence.
* Preparing/Reviewing the geometric designs (alignments, profiles & cross-sections) for the assigned urban roads (arterials, collectors, and locals) conforming to (Ras Al Khaimah municipality standards), geometric design manual for Dubai roads (GDMDR) & AASHTO Standards.
* Preparing/Reviewing the proposed drainage network (pipes/manholes) in parallel with our road geometric design).
* Closely coordinating with the planning team regarding (the road network masterplan "roads' ROW & parcels") and the traffic engineer regarding the junction types and which to implement in our layout.
* Preparing the detailed design drawings for the (channels/ponds) regarding the assigned hydrology assets.
* Preparing/Reviewing the BOQ’ Items as per the contract drawings/specifications.
* Running a clash detection regarding our project components’ (planned parcels, planned roads and “dry/wet” utilities, etc.).
* Managing / Supervising a team of multi-discipline Engs (roads Engs. hydrology Engs, dry/wet utility Engs, storm Eng, cad drafters), professionally coordinating among them to come up with the best approaches which meet the clients design objectives and the project requirements.
* Coordinating with both the dry/wet utility Engs confirming the required space allocations for the utility parcel, utility corridor, the number and location of all the primary substations (PSSs), distributes substations (DSSs) and all cable corridors.
Project: Infrastructure Projects (Urban Roads / Drainage Network), (AL-Esaila “Roads/Drainage” Network @ (Mecca) / AL-Khedr “Roads/Drainage” @ (Riyadh) & Others.
Client: (Riyadh Municipality / Holey Mecca Municipality)
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Working in the design of a network of urban roadways/drainage network, the scope of work includes (roads (plan/prof & x-sec), road markings, gradings, parking areas, junctions, roundabouts, storm water pipe network).
* Preparing/Reviewing the geometric designs (alignments, profiles & cross-sections) for the assigned urban roads (arterials, collectors, and locals' roads) conforming to (Riyadh municipality standards) & AASHTO standards.
* Confirming both the horizontal and vertical road geometry, parcels geometry, parcels gates (locations & levels), and ROW cross-sections.
* Closely coordinating with the planning team regarding (the road network masterplan "roads row & parcels") and the traffic engineer regarding the junction types.
* Managing/Supervising a team of (roads Engs), coordinating with other-discipline Engs (hydrology, dry/wet utility, and storm) to come up with the best approach and the most efficient/economical solutions which meet the clients’ design objectives and the project requirements.
* Preparing/Reviewing the BOQ’ Items as per the contract drawings/specifications, carrying out the quantity take off "QTO" as per approved shop drawings, site condition for all (roads, infrastructures, and landscaping works), assessing any variation order/claims regarding the project budget.
* Interpreting survey results into the technical drawings, providing land surveyors with all the calculation sheets required.
* Performing site visits to confirm that the construction methods and activities are performed in accordance with project schedule, construction plans, specifications, and contract requirements.
* Attending weekly/monthly meetings with the owner, PMC & contractor, discussing the project progress.
Project: LRDP (Local Roads & Drainage Program), (C2 Contract), GEC-Doha West-DW013, Roads Infrastructures in Al Sailya North of Salwa Road.
Client: PWA, (Public Works Authority) ASHGHAL.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Working in the design & construction of (roads/infrastructures) in Doha industrial area covering a network of urban roadways, the scope of work includes (roads, gradings, parking areas, junctions, roundabouts, storm water/potable water network, utilities).
* Preparing/Reviewing the geometric designs of the assigned urban roads (arterials, collectors, and locals' roads) conforming to PWA (ASHGHAL standards) & QHDM (Qatar highway design manual) standards.
* Providing immediate response and technical solutions to the RFIs raised by contractors, working with IRs for daily working activities, keeping the client/construction manager up to date on day-to-day project activities.
* Revising all the submittals (shop drawings) and technical specifications for all activities regarding assigned roads’ (alignments, profiles, and cross sections), drainage works (ground water, surface water, foul sewer, micro tunneling, gullies.) & utilities, frequently interfering with other disciplines (drainage/utilities) for any design conflict.
* Reviewing the BOQ’ Items as per the contract drawings/specifications, carrying out the quantity take off "QTO" as per approved shop drawings, site’ condition and the standard measurements’ methods (CESMM3) for all (roads, infrastructures, and landscaping works), assessing the cost effects on the project’s budget in case of any variation order/claims.
* Providing technical guidance to the project team to select the best approach and the most efficient/economical solutions which meet the clients’ design objectives, assigning land surveyors & providing them with required data.
* Performing site inspection to confirm that the construction methods and activities are performed in accordance with project schedule, construction plans, specifications, and contract requirements.
* Attending weekly/monthly meetings with the owner, PMC & contractor’s representatives discussing project progress.
Project: King Fahd Industrial Port Infrastructures Project (KFIP) at Jubail Industrial City, (Roads & Infrastructures Project).
Client: Saudi Royal Commission for Jubail & Yanbu.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Undertaking the preliminary and detailed geometric designs of the assigned urban roadways (arterials, collectors & locals’) conforming to AASHTO and Saudi royal commission design standards.
* Preparing/Reviewing alignments, profiles, cross sections, gradings, parking areas, detailed junctions, and roundabouts,
reviewing the technical specifications as per the contract, performing cross-check with other disciplines (drainage, urban planning & utilities).
* Analyzing any conflict between roads geometric design and the gravity/pressure’ pipe network designs (storm/sanitary sewer) to select the best approach and the most efficient/economical solutions which meet the design objectives.
* Reviewing the BOQ’ Items from the design drawings, standard specifications, and contractual agreements, carrying out/preparing the quantity take off "QTO" as per approved shop drawings, standard measurements methods for all the (roads, infrastructures & landscaping)’ workings.
* Leading junior engineers and drafters, providing them with the technical guidance needed.
* Preparation of the tender documents (roads geometric drawings packages), carrying out the cost checks and providing support and assistance to the cost estimation team.
* Interpreting/Processing all the topographic & geodetic survey data into the drawings.
* Closely coordinating and holding meetings with all the disciplines involved (urban planning, traffic, storm, and utility Engs).

* Duties and Responsibilities:
* Undertaking all design works relating to the assigned urban roadways including (geometric layouts, parking design, horizontal & vertical alignments, site grading, traffic signing and road markings drawings) conforming to Riyadh municipality standards & having their approvals.
* Preparing/Revising and submitting all the (shop drawings) for all assigned roads’ (alignments, profiles, and their cross sections) for later approval.
* Reviewing all the contract documents, checking the BOQ items in details as per the contract drawings, specifications & projects’ contract. analyzing any conflict between the items’ quantities in the BOQ & what’s in the drawings.
* Preparing/Finalizing the quantity take off’ measurements as per the approved shop drawings, standard measurements methods & as per progress on site for all the (roads, infrastructures & landscaping works).
* Preparing/Assessing the monthly payment certificates for both the company & sub-contractors, also assess the cost effects on the project’s budget against any variation order/change request or claims.
* Supervise/Guide the technical office team to ensure that the work tasks are within target and of the required quality.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Preparing/Reviewing the detailed geometric designs of the assigned roads (rural highways, interchanges, and cloverleaf intersection) conforming to the Saudi ministry of transport & mecca municipality standards.
* Preparing/Finalizing the geometric layouts (alignments, profiles, cross sections, detailed junction & roundabouts).
* reviewing all the contract documents, checking the BOQ’ items in details as per the contract drawings, specifications & projects’ contract. analyzing any conflict between the items’ quantities in the BOQ & what’s in the drawings.
* Preparing/Finalizing the quantity take off "QTO" measurements as per the approved shop drawings, standard measurements methods & as per progress on site for all the (roads, infrastructures & landscaping works).
* Prepare, monitor, and verify the monthly payment certificates for both the company & subcontractors, also assessing any claims, Vo's (variation orders) against the project” budget.
* Running a clash detection regarding our project components’ (planned parcels, planned roads and “dry/wet” utilities, storm pipes/manholes, etc.) and solve any conflict might exist.
* Carrying out the feasibility study needed when tendering/bidding for new upcoming projects to estimate their quantities.
* Providing the field survey crews with the required x-sections needed for the setting out on site.
* Carrying out the handing over phase’ procedures, liaising with the site team to prepare/produce the final as built shop drawings & final reviewed quantities.
Project: Madinaty Project (Residential Project).
Client: Egyptian Ministry of Housing.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Revising All the submittals (shop drawings) for all activities regarding assigned roads’ (alignments, profiles, and cross sections) & also drainage works and utilities.
* Preparing/Reviewing the detailed geometric designs ((plans/profiles and x-sections) of the assigned urban roadways (arterials, collectors & locals’), detailed roundabouts & junctions)
* Providing immediate response and technical solutions to the RFIs raised by contractors, working with IRs for daily working activities, keeping the client/construction manager up to date on day-to-day project activities.
* Carrying out the quantity take off "QTO" measurements as per the approved shop drawings, standard measurements methods and as per progress on site for all the (roads and infrastructures works) at site as per mentioned in the BOQ.
* Working in reviewing the surveying data/observations against the approved shop drawings.
* Interpreting/Processing all the topographic/geodetic survey data into the drawings & resolving any conflicts.
* Checking/Assessing land surveyors ‘team engaged in the survey wok for roads, drainage, and utilities’ construction phases, calculating quantities of cutting/filling, roads asphalting layers and drainage workings (pipes/manholes).

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Preparing/Reviewing the detailed geometric designs of the assigned roads conforming to AASHTO/Saudi ministry of transport (MOT) 'design standards.
* Preparing/Finalizing the (plans/profiles)’sheets and their subassemblies (cross sections from earth work program) for later approval from different authorities.
* Reviewing all the contract documents, checking the BOQ’ items in details as per the contract drawings, specifications & projects’ contract, analyzing any conflict between the items’ quantities in the BOQ & what’s in the drawings.
* Preparing/Finalizing the quantity take off’ measurements as per the approved shop drawings, standard measurements methods & as per progress on site (requests) for all the (roads, infrastructures & landscaping works).
* Preparing/Assessing the monthly payment certificates for both the company & sub-contractors, also assessing any claims, VOs (variation orders).
* Carrying out the feasibility study needed for any upcoming new bids to estimate their budget.

* Carry out the site/office works for the assigned urban road network including surveying tasks (setting out/laying out).
* Preparing/Revising and submitting all the (shop drawings) for all assigned roads’ (alignments, profiles, and their cross sections) for later approval.
* Calculating quantities and earthwork volumes "cutting/filling" in addition to the roads asphalting layers (BWC, B.B.C, Subbase, Subgrade, and Landscape) for the whole project.
* Reviewing the surveying data/observations against the approved shop drawings.
* Leading/Assigning the survey crew engaged in roads construction, providing them with all the required data needed for the setting out & other surveying tasks.
