1) Reviewing branch/divisional financial Performance while auditing in the branch/division.
2) Guiding of preparation of annual comprehensive budget including with a synopsis on different segments i.e. income, expenditure, deposit, advance, foreign trade and remittance business.

1) Reviewing yearly comprehensive budget including commission, service charge, processing fee and other supplementary income from non-funded business like Letter of credit, bank guarantee, export bill forwarding and acceptance, and from other banking services; administrative and operating expenditure i.e. salary & allowances, rent, rates & taxes, insurance, depreciation, utilities, printing & stationery, repair & maintenance and other related expenses to get operating profit of the branch/division.
2) Reconciliation of Inter branch balance.
3) Reviewing project appraisal (IRR, Payback period, Break-even point, NPV sensitivity analysis) of proposed project to evaluate profitability; industry analysis (local & global trend, demand-supply gap in the sector, industry statistics in the country, approximate yearly turnover etc.) to check viability.
4) Auditing project finance, working capital facilities, export finance & Import finance files etc.
5) Providing status and reports of audits to internal stakeholders.
1) Preparing yearly strategic business plan to attain optimal advance mix/credit portfolio for the forthcoming year with focus on profit maximization, pricing of products and services, risk parameters of industries and client’s business.
2) Reviewing and analyzing monthly business performance variance report and setting appropriate action plan accordingly.
3) Forecasting different types of loan and deposit positions on the basis of market scenario, business territory, economic condition, market reputation of the bank, money market, and government fiscal policy so that estimated interest income and interest expense were forecasted properly.
4) Appraising several projects to make capital financing for establishing industry using NPV, payback period & IRR technique.
5) Appraising working capital loan, Import finance & export finance.
1) Financial Statement Analysis, Ratio Analysis and Security analysis of loan applicant of auto loan & Home loan.
2) Managing diversified credit portfolio, monitoring clients’ business transactions and maintaining proper records of loan documents including appropriate insurance coverage.
3) Forecasting different types of loan and deposit positions on the basis of market scenario, business territory, economic condition, market reputation of the bank, money market, and government fiscal policy so that estimated interest income and interest expense were forecasted properly.
4) Assessing estimated cost of construction and calculate required finance for proposed home loan.
