• Developing baseline schedule for newly acquired project.
• Monitor, track & evaluate actual progress of works.
• Recording the pre-construction progress and updating the same using Primavera P6.
• Assisting senior planner for weekly and monthly progress update.
• Assisting planning manager in preparation of progress update monitoring sheets for the various project phases to allow performing periodic project schedule updates.
• Ensuring plans meet the client’s specifications.
• Record the daily progress and prepares the site daily report.
• Collaborating with site engineers, surveyors, site workers and other professionals.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned.
• Responsible for Coordinating with contractor and supervisor for smooth operations at site.
• Coordination with different agencies involving construction work. Preparation of comparative statement and report on daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Mainly Preparation of Daily Progress Report (DPR) of all site activity.
• Attending the trial mixes, fresh concrete test required as per specifications and design.
• Review request for interpretation, alternations to the design submitted by the contractor, prepare and submit a report including recommendations to the designers.
• All Non-Conformity has been reported through corrective action required and timely closing.
• Coordination with the document controller ensuring the document related are properly
controlled.
• Review the relevant as build drawing, submitted by the contractor, and make sure that all site conditions are properly addressed.
• Visit work site to establish existing conditions. Review and validate applicability of existing drawings, standards and specifications and recommend appropriate changes. Where appropriate, supervise basic surveying work sufficient to meet the design needs or prepare a scope of work for a third party to carry out the survey. Contribute to the development of cost estimates.
• Carrying out Inspections Internally and with client, Consultants, contractors & 3rd Party Inspectors.
• Carrying out work as per the Method Statement and ITP.
• Preparing Material Submittals at the time of submission of materials.
• Raising Work Inspection Request at the time of completion of work.
• Raising “NCR (NON-CONFORMANCE REPORT)” to sub-contractors.
