Reviewing and preparing tender documents.
Handling projects tendering process till signing the contracts.
Site supervison including reviewing submittals on site, monitor site progress, site meetings, daily following up with all parties, preparing official letters, reviewing payments, close out process, etc. in addition to acting as a project manager in some projects with assisting Head of Engineering in other projects.
Handling the authorities approval such as KM and KFF in coordination with consultants and contractors during design phase, construction phase, handover phase and license renewal.
Handling engineering requirements with other divisions.
Coordination with other departments such as legal, finance and operation departments.
Complying with enduser requirments through meetings and communication.
Preparing tender documents and drawings.
Scope of work including not limited to landscape works, MEP works, civil works, structural works, infrastructure work and finishing.
Assisting maintenance team.
Reviewing offers and preparing comparisons and evaluation.
Following up with consultants, contractors, suppliers and all related parties.
Completed projects: Two 10K Warehouses, 12K Warehouse, Admin building, Renovation projects, Firefighting, Fire alarm and smoke ventilation works for 5K Warehouse, Firefighting network.

• Preparing, reviewing and analysing all the mechanical required drawings and specification (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting and all the other related drawings).
• Ensure that all HVAC, Plumbing, firefighting, electrical and all other MEP related site activities are conducted under controlled conditions as per shop drawings, method statements, project specification local authorities and work plan.
• Preparing and reviewing the BOQ of MEP materials based on approved drawings/design.
• Providing technical advice to the supervisor, staff, operations staff and contracting service provider regarding installation, operation and maintenance of MEP System.
• Check activities on site and provide the necessary reminders to the project manager/engineers for any immediate action with carries out site inspection on a random basis to monitor the benchmark of work and schedule.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and the landlord to ensure smooth, efficient execution of work and harmonious work environment.
• Coordinating all the electro-mechanical activities with various teams on site.
• Assisting the HVAC maintenance team.
