*Implementing & monitoring Project Quality Plans, Quality Mandatory Procedures.
*Carrying out internal as well as external quality system audits, Review of Project deliverables
*Ensuring compliance of works with applicable codes, standards, contract specifications, identify any non-conformance & coordinating suitable corrective action.
*Supervision & co-ordination of the project team of discipline engineers & qc inspectors as appropriate.
*Develop and manage the site filing system to accumulate all installation data required to substantiate the completion of the work in accordance with the drawings and specifications.
*Manage and monitor the implementation of and compliance with the subcontractor’s Quality Control programs by the individual subcontractors
*Monitoring Project quality management system to determine its continuing suitability & effectiveness.
Perform field inspection to verify conformance to project specification, relevant standard (PIP, NEMA, NEC, NFPA, IEC etc.) and IFC drawing prior to final acceptance. Issue site memo, site instruction, and discrepancy report, Non-conformance reports etc. if violating the Approved project Drawing, Specification, Standard and also follow up for rectification and corrective action.
* To review Client Technical Specification (Drawing, Procedure, Specification, Standard/Code)
*To establish the Project Quality Plan together with Project team according to Client Technical Specification, applicable Standard/ Code & Procedure/Work Instruction
*To provide the related Quality documents which include but not limited to Welding Procedure Specification, Inspection and Test Procedure, Heat Treatment Procedure that will be used to execute the Project
*Check construction activities such as MCC, Switchgeare, motors, VSD, Transformer, Panels, lighting systems, Instrument calibration, installation, cabling, termination, loop checking, pre-commissioning, commissioning and logic function testing of electrical equipment /field instruments and control systems.
*Coordinate with the Project’s Safety, Environment and certification engineer and ensure that all statutory requirements are met.
*Review of all certification and documentation to ensure validity and compliance with specifications, drawings, manufacturing and inspection test plans.
*Preparation of Punch listing and submitted to construction for clearance
*Preparation the ITR (inspection test repot ) after acceptance of RFI by client Check the status of (RFI) that checked by the inspector to sign off the tag of request
*Acquired experience in monitoring, supervision & inspection of Erection and Installation of Junction Boxes, Cable Trays, Cable Ducts, Conduits, Control Room Panels, laying of cables and installation of various field instruments, Glanding and Termination.
*Inspection for the Installation of field Mounted Instruments, Junction Box, Local panels, Pneumatic Leak Test of Air Line Tubing/Impulse line tubing, Insulation resistance test and continuity Check for Instrument Cables..
*Also Responsible for witnessing Combined Instrument Loop check and Calibration of Pressure Transmitter, Flow, Differential, Relief Valve, Level Transmitter, gauges and other Instrument Devices
Supervise field construction project related to instrumentation. Responsible for the preparation of instrument, take off material and drawing needed in the project. Installation of cable tray, conduit, Impulse Tubing and Instrument airline. Responsible for Installation & calibration of instrument, loop-checking megger and continuity testing of cable. Supervise termination of primary/secondary cable and PLC panel and junction box.
