 Supervise and provide constructive feedback to all team members to ensure safe work practices, efficient operation, proper preventive maintenance and equipment repair practices, efficient operation, proper preventative maintenance, and repair to equipment.

perform scheduled preventive maintenance.
 Maintaining the daily and weekly activities reports.

• Maintenance and servicing of Chillers, PACU, AHU, FCU, Cassette Unit, Split Unit, Cooling Tower, Shutter Door, CRAC Unit-Precision Cooling System (LIEBERT AND EDPAC), Fire Pump, Sliding Door, Electric Water Cooler, CSU Chillers Pumps and VFD.
• Acted as an in-charge to the technical team to perform preventive and corrective maintenance of heating.Ventilation, and air conditioning units, chiller units, mechanical doors units. Building maintenance, plumbing system, fire sprinkler system, fire pumping system, electrical lighting system etc.
• Resolve field conflicts and problems in respect of MEP work Controlled and maintained the BMS System.
• Follow up and coordinate with the building contractor for clearing snags within in DLP period.
• Oversee, monitor, and improve FM contractors maintenance delivery while ensuring compliance with local and international standards and regulations.
• Raising CM & and coordinating with a contractor for any equipment breakdown.
• Maintaining smooth and strong client relationships towards day-to-day activities.
• Timely management of contractors to complete CAFM work orders as per SLAs.
• Planning and scheduling the team onto projects, delegating, and bringing insight into ways to prioritize and smooth demand, using team-best skills.
• Carryout periodic Safety inspections on contractors site works.
• Making various reports (Utility Consumption/Asset List/ Damaged Report) related to work.
• Carry out routine maintenance work and respond to equipment faults.
• Attend all the complaint’s on Call and resolve the problem as soon as possible.

• Conduct TBT Daily/weekly as required tool box meetings in order to increase their awareness of various topics e.g. checklists of preventive/ corrective measures, work permits, fire fighting, first aid, Safety, interaction with customers, incidents, working conditions of tools issued, etc.
• Troubleshooting problems and conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective Action (CA) for design and equipment related failures.
• Attending weekly and monthly meetings held by the Maintenance manager and QA/QC Engineer to talk about the project updates and completions.

maintenance.
• Troubleshoots electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic control systems and equipment for repair or replacement.
• Operates fire hydrants for Water System flushing and pressure monitoring.
• Maintains and repairs pumps, soft water plant, air compressors, Gear Box, Conveyor Machine, Cup Machine, Bottling Machine and equipment.
• Tracks repairs, time, and material used during emergency repairs and preventive maintains. Responsibly handling emergency situations or after-hours calls for repair and maintenance
• Maintains water plant sites, tank sites, pump station sites, and water system parks.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance as needed to ensure the ongoing functioning of HVAC systems.
• Inspect HVAC systems and their components (e.g. heating units, building exhaust fans, air conditioning units, etc.) to evaluate the condition, identify necessary repairs and recommend preventive maintenance
• Planning daily tasks and delegating them to Maintenance Technicians and other professionals
• Maintaining preventive maintenance standards for an organization’s facilities and equipment.
• Report to upper management pertaining to sites specific problems, team member issues, and or technical support.
• Ensure that all paperwork is completed and submitted on time to the office by team members.

• Fair Knowledge of troubleshooting electrical systems like MDB, SMDB, and DB. Breakers, Contractors, Relays, CSR, Star-Delta Connection.
• Promotes a safe work environment and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment.
• Responds to emergency situations during and after hours for to resolve the emergency requirements.
• Requires flexibility and understanding that all maintenance staff may be required to perform duties outside their normal area of expertise to meet the mission and goals of the Facility Services.
