►Directly meet face to face with companies (B2B & B2C) clients of managerial level for permote the company corporate business.
►Prepare meeting schedule with clients & customers of corporate companies. Promote the Business (Postpaid Corporate Plans, Fixed Services, Cloud Services)
►Handle Corporate companies accounts.Hunting & Forming sales including key accounts manage & check them daily/Weekly/Monthly basis for renewal or new services.
►Handling the back office work, including Telesales, prepare the reports & follow up in response to queries from Customers.
►Handle Corporate Companies Accounts Complete the customers requirements, follow up complaints, raise trouble tickets & increase sales by using techniques up selling & cross selling.
►Prepare meeting schedule with clients & customers of corporate companies.
►To promptly transmit to the company in accordance with the rules all applications & information received including payment made.
►Participate to one on one meeting with the Govt & Sami Govt companies customers & provide the proper documentation for activities & production.
►Follow the company guidelines contained in the company’s sales practices manual.
►To Participate to all planned training sessions in accordance to company training program.
►Comply with all business quality & persistence control best practices well as meet the company customer services standards.
►Handling face-to-face enquiries from customers. Providing help and advice to customers using our organization’s products or services.
►Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face.
►Investigating and solving customers' problems. Handling customer complaints. Issuing refunds or compensation to customers.
►Meeting with managers to discuss possible improvements to customer service.
►Keeping ahead of developments in customer service by going to meetings and attending courses. Managing customer round table.
►Provide these services also regarding work (MNP(Mobile Number Portability) New sim Activate, Value added services activate, Block non legal Sims Cards, Change of ownership, Packages Change.
