RCRC - The commission is responsible for the urban, economic, social, and cultural development of Riyadh, the capital city of Saudi Arabia. It carries out several strategic, comprehensive, long-term and multi-phase development programs and projects that require massive efforts and resources.
Accomplishments:
• Hand-selected as Public Affairs Senior Consultant for the King Abdulaziz project for Riyadh Public Transport, in Saudi Arabia, one of the largest Public Transit Project in the world.
• Owned the Communication and PR strategy development, and propagating the RCRC’s vision to the Public.
• Successfully managed various complex TV and commercial projects (both Arabic and English) in partnership with Mike Morley - an award-winning international TV Executive and Author.
• Played a key role in evolving, promoting and protecting RCRC brand and reputation.
• Established a benchmark for Communication strategies for public sector projects in lines with RCRC mission, vision, and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managed Traffic Communications, informed residents about traffic detours through media campaigns as well as approved the traffic plans submitted by contractors prior to their implementations in neighborhoods.
• Superintended a dynamic team of 18+, responsible for enhancing Community Engagement and following up complaints with residents.
• Ownership of smooth and effective running of Call Center - handling complaints about the project in the streets. Endeavored to continuously exceed Call Center productivity, targets, service and quality levels.
• Supported development of a state-of-the-art Call Center by preparing RFP for RCRC new Call Center.
• Instituted Media strategies, tactics and initiatives. Managed traffic campaigns designs, SMS and radio scripts: designs for Brochures, Newspaper, Social Media and scripts for SMS and Radio.
• Handled branding of Metro & Bus construction sites with hoarding designs, including customized hoardings for the Naming Rights partners: STC, SABB, City Centre & Albilad Bank.
• Shaped corporate reputation and drove engagement among the employees of the Royal Commission. Developed emails content/design for the RCRC brand new internal communication platform “Tawasul”.
• Managed Project Documentary part 3 - titled “Project Challenges”, partnered with the project team to provide film content, schedule more than 25 interviews at 25 different construction sites.

• Successfully managed and accelerated profitable growth for 2 showrooms, endeavored to maximize revenue and sales opportunities by adopting the highest merchandising standards and exceptional customer service initiatives.
• Administered opening of new branch, strategized, managed and expanded entire business according to organizational goals.
• Instrumental in establishing new retail shops subsequent to conducting market feasibility studies, business plan analysis and sales precast.

• Managed a chain of 3 retail shops for Brandz Factory, the Outlet shop for prestigious brands - Ralph Lauren, Polo, Calvin Klein, Jack & Jones, Coach, Pirelli shoes and Lancaster accessories.
• Analyzed market trend, evaluated competitors and established sales plans based on product mix, prices and managed the ROI.
• Created rock-solid merchandise inventory management plans, achieved KPI goals through the analysis of current trends and historical data and translating those goals into operational realities.
