Which includes team management, vendor management, hardware/software maintenance and support, system, storage and backup administration activities, 24/7 monitoring of Data Center, network links, systems and network devices using HP-Omi, NNMi, IMC and IRS.
 Implemented Disaster Recovery Solution at DRC and involve in BCP & Disaster Recovery policy/plan/procedures development and implementation, regular conduction of BIA, Risk assessment and DR drills and ensuring all the findings and recommendations are implemented

 Overlook all activities carryout by the various teams and obtain necessary justifications from them for each & every activity. Measure and monitor adherence by Vendors/service providers to service level agreements.
 Ensure adherence to policies & procedures laid down by the Petro Rabigh in Data Center and Disaster Recovery Center with respect to ITIL processes such as Change, Incident, problem, release & deployment Management, etc. and ensure IT infrastructure at the Data Center and Disaster Recovery Center is secured at all times.
 Detect any issues with respect to the IT infrastructure design, high availability, redundancy and implementation, facility management etc. suggest the solution and implement the same after taking necessary approval.
 Coordination with the auditor for Computer section audit including Data Center and Disaster Recovery Center and Risk assessment and perform necessary action to close the gap (if any).
 Assist IT Engineering & Planning section in IT Infrastructure planning, standardization and up gradation.
 Writes and maintain Processes, policies, guidelines, and procedures for computer operation section
 Working as SPOC for Quality initiative and safety coordinator of computer operation Section
 Leading a role of IT Service Continuity, Availability, and Capacity Manager

 Network & Security Management: Coordination with SI & ISP for the implementation of WAN links at branches using LL/ISDN/VSAT. Management of NOC which managed 24/7 network infrastructure consists of Cisco routers & switches such as 7507, 7206, 6506, 4510R, 4507, 3725, 2611, 2950, 1841 and 1760 for connectivity of around 800 branches/ATM/Internet using LL, ISDN & VSAT. To ensure security we have deployed firewalls & IDS (PIX 525, Alteon 5109, FWSM, Proventia A201 and Cisco IDS 4325). To manage & monitor network/infrastructure we are using CA Unicenter-NSM R.11.2, DSM R11.2, SMA 11.2 and Helpdesk (Unicenter Service Desk), XOSoft 11.2, Cisco Works 2000 and Cisco ACS 3.2.
 Infrastructure Management: Planning, budgeting, procurement, deployment, payment, AMC/ATS, Insurance & Disposal/buyback of hardware/peripherals/networking equipments etc.
 Monitoring & review of Network & Security reports regularly submitted by the Network & Security Team.

Take timely corrective action in case of failure/breakdown, liaison with respective vendor for rectification.
