General Description: Managing/Supervising all kind of electrical and mechanical installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical equipment and controls located in the interior and exterior of building such as HVAC, Fire fighting, Drainage system and plumbing along with pump sets and associated other equipment and components located in the interior and exterior of building.
Operation, repair and maintenance of utility plant equipment and associated systems. Regularly conducts a routine and on-going assessment of the building systems operations. Performs tests, rounds and analyzes data to assure the proper functioning of departmental equipment. Monitoring the operations of all mechanical & electrical operating equipment.

Principal Job Duties and Responsibilities:

•Overall management of; operations of building system such as refrigeration, heat exchanger, HVAC, electrical, emergency backup systems and hot water systems; monitors operation, adjusts, and maintains refrigeration, chilled water, and air conditioning equipment; boilers, and ventilating and hot water heaters; pumps, valves, piping and filters; other mechanical and electrical equipment; record readings and make adjustments where necessary to assure proper operation of equipment.
•Analyzing the operation of various systems, determine the cause of any problems/malfunctions and take corrective action as required.
•Performs preventive maintenance on all base building and critical system equipment which includes but not limited to: assembling all tools, supplies and instruments necessary to complete the job, performing work with a minimum amount disruption, conducting immediate clean up of work area, completing the preventive task sheet, returning tools to workshop, and unused supplies to store room, reporting any impending supply or material shortages to the Technical Manager and for any equipment problems.
•Installation and repair of plumbing/piping/tubing; wire single and three phase motors; run conduit; pull wiring to machinery, motors, operating parts, etc.; install and rebuild pumps and motors; install and rebuild air compressors; heat exchangers; replace bearings in all types of motors; replace seals on pumps; install and repair piping, valves, filters, hot water systems and associated controls; assist other mechanics and operators with major repairs and maintenance of building and equipment. Installs, repairs, and maintains electrical controls, switching and motor controls.
•Monitors operation and maintains refrigeration, water cooling and air conditioning equipment; boilers, heating, ventilating and hot water equipment; pumps, valves, piping and filters; other mechanical and electrical equipment; recording readings as necessary to assure proper operation of equipment; responsible for reporting any problems/malfunctions.
•Maintains tools and orders supplies as required for installation and repairs. Keeps logs, documents equipment repairs, closes work orders, tracks time accurately in reports and provides timely and constant communication with the Technical Manager.
•Complies with departmental policy for the safe storage, usage and disposal of hazardous materials.
•Maintains a clean and safe work space.
•Perform other duties as assigned.

Performing the following tasks:
•Receiving the complaints from the customer through ServIT and phone calls.
•Assign the technicians for the concerned problem accordingly.
•Monitor and ensure whether the Preventive Maintenances are being done or not.
•Preparation maintenance strategies for preventive and breakdown maintenance.
•Preparation of maintenance record for preventive maintenance and breakdown Maintenance for Ductable Split, VRF, Chilled water AHU systems.
•Responsible for inventory handling of spare parts and maintenance tools.
•Responsible for the supervision of 16+ engineering technical staffs.
•Responsible for the installation, testing and commissioning of new equipment.
•Responsible to allocate the works on priority basis.

Performing the following tasks:

•Coordinating with Management, Client of the project execution team & Sub Contractors for successful completion of projects in time with safety and Quality standards.
•Contract Management, Field Engineering, Data Management, Equipment Management, Manpower Management, Purchase Contractor management for the delivering the project in time.
•Coordinating with QA/QC department to make sure all are getting approved and inspection requirement are followed whenever required.
•Coordination with HSE department to make sure all required safety procedures are approved and all works are followed within the safety rules & requirements.
•Planning prioritizing executing and monitoring of Productions in an efficient and systematic manner.
•To identify the Manpower requirements and to get it from management to avoid delay in completion of productions.
•Maintaining the Works to be executed as per approved drawings, procedures, standards & specifications.
•Implementation of HSE procedures in coordination with HSE department.
•Verifying data sheets of valves, equipments, special parts and their specification.
•Reporting the daily progress of the production activity to the Engineering manager
