Monitoring daily basis of jobs progress and manpower, daily reports to engineers/manager.
•Monitoring, Installation, Commissioning, Shutdown, Trouble Shooting, Maintenance & Operation and Overhauling of following Machineries and equipment’s works on site and coordinating with sub-contractor And consultant for inspection on site.
•Installation & maintenance all kinds of equipment’s & tanks as per the drawing.
•Knowledge in operation & repairing of centrifugal compressors, high pressure centrifugal compressors, reciprocating compressors, cooling towers, fans, shaft alignment, mechanical/gas seal assembly nozzles, guide blades, centrifugal pumps, pumps, multistage centrifugal blowers, fans, gear/metering pumps, overhauling, repairing of combustion chambers, overhauling of various valves & etc.
•Plan pipe system layout, installation, or repair, according to specifications.
•Inspect and monitor work areas, examine tools and equipment, and provide employee safety training to prevent, detect, and correct unsafe conditions or violations of procedures and safety rules.
•Troubleshoot or repair mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical malfunctions related to variable pitch systems, variable speed control systems, converter systems, or related components.
Job Responsibilities Continued:
•Knowledge of MEP Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Construction & Maintenance.
•Having well experience Installation and O&M method.
•Tackling proficiently consultancies, sub cons, manpower, Vendors.
•To provide good housekeeping for employees.
•To decide safe height and use of PPE while working at height.
•To inspect all tools and tackles at regular intervals.
•Make the worker understand the important and necessary of company safety standard.
•Provide them the proper identification, using handling, and maintaining the PPE.
•Record operational data, personnel attendance, or meter and gauge readings on specified forms.
•Maintain, repair, and lubricate equipment, using hand tools and power tools. Clean and maintain tanks, filter beds.
•Direct and coordinate plant workers engaged in routine operations and maintenance activities.
•Knowledge of, maintaining of hydraulic system & repairing of hydraulic and pneumatic equipment’s.
•Knowledge of working as welding supervisor, GTAW & SMAW process..
