• Setting the objectives for team and monitoring its implementation.

• Manual inventory record and WMS along with scanning being utilized for different department staff.
• Preparing and reviewing WH reports, TAMS, OT, shifts, staff files and ministries guidelines.
• Prioritized the files and tasks on daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Talent developing and coaching national staff to be the future leaders.
• Partner with different departments to automate, integrate and configure core process of HR.
• Conduct and participate in the analysis of workflows and design of functionality to improve the workflow.

Lead the Human Resources area and share expertise across the organization to build internal capabilities, consistent and standardized Human Resources applications and best practices.
Support and manage the Corporate / Regional Human Resources Policies, Process and Tools in the country such as Recruitment and Selection, Induction Plan, Training and Development, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits, Advise the business managers in organizational effectiveness, performance and development issues.
Handling the Statutory of: Legal HR management requirements, data base file, new contracts, severance payments, benefits, reconciliation, disciplinary actions, vacations requests, catalogue employee competence, etc
Plan, develop and implement Compensation and Benefits policy and programs that are internally equitable and externally competitive with the overall aim of attracting and retaining high quality personnel and minimizing employee turnover. Update salary budget and plans, cost management, incentives programs and annual salary review.
Design and implement Career and Succession Planning. Planning employee careers, career plan for new jobs and responsibilities. Identify and develop core and professional competences per position and evaluation of employee performance Identification key people / positions across the organization and follow up of International Assignments
