Key Job Responsibilities: Managing Entire Infrastructures including Data Center, Servers, Switches, Routers, IT systems at HO & Branch Offices
•Manage IT department operations for Al-Taadhod Group of companies in Qatar, Oman, Morocco, Egypt and Saudi Arabia.
•Responsible for entire ICT Infrastructure of corporate headquarter and 18 remote offices.
•Administration of Entire Data Centre Operations and Monitoring
•Responsible for the proper operation of Host Servers and VMs
•Responsible of managing VPNs among Head office and Branches.
•Responsible of entire IT infrastructure (Network, systems and Security)
•Responsible for Data backup and integrity
•Responsible for Firmware updates and system upgrade for the Entire IT infrastructure (Servers, Switches, Routers, AP, Firewall, etc.)
•Managing DR site with SLA
•Provide leadership and direction for IT ServiceDesk Team.
•Research, evaluate & implement new technologies, IT strategies, policies & processes to align with strategic objectives of the company.
•Manage and organize the team members & resources to deliver the planed project on time.
•Perform vulnerability testing, risk analyses and security assessments.
•Review the company's ICT Infrastructure and recommend enhancements while documenting any changes made.
•Liaison with third party suppliers of hardware and software to ensure prompt rectification of problems arising.
•Provide IT Infrastructure support & security recommendations to MS Dynamics AX ERP & application development team.
•Administration and editing of IT support Ticketing system and Administration of Websites
•Monitoring of Entire IT infra with Application Manager and Operation Manager
•Overseeing the Licenses and contracts related to IT Infrastructures
•Perform as
Managing Entire Infrastructures including Servers, Switches, Routers, more than 500+ Users, 90+ Printers/Plotters, etc. at HO & sites
•Managing and Supervising the entire IT infrastructures of the Corporate office, Project sites and branch offices
•Installing, Configuring & maintaining Windows Servers, Exchange Server, Database and Antivirus, ERP & Office 365 .
•Administrating and managing Service desk operation and Maintaining the Portal with necessary updates and configs.
•Installing, Configuring & managing Switches, Routers, Firewall, IPS, Servers.
•Performing daily operations to manage Network & Monitoring the Network Traffic.
•Administration of AD, ERP (Ms-Dynamics Ax 2012), Office 365, and Application servers.
•Installing, Configuring & troubleshooting Desktop PCs, Laptops, Printers, Plotters, Scanners, eFax, IP Phones, etc.
•Configuring & Managing Office 365, Virtual Servers and Azure.
•Configuring & Managing VPNs; Installation, Configuration and administration of WLAN with Controller
•Managing Storage Area Network with desired Company policies.
•Implementing and managing Company policies for the uses of IT Infrastructures as per ISO Standards.
•Managing Bio-login Attendance System and Supporting ERP systems(MS Dynamics AX 2012) at server and client sides.
•Maintaining Company Websites and Database system.
•Maintaining the database of the IT infrastructures and planning for the future requirements.
