End to end processing of company’s payroll(s) on monthly basis as per the standards and timeframes, in order to ensure “on-time pay” process. Employee Relation & grievance, On Time Recruitment & Onboarding, External & Internal Business Meeting and Induction with The Top Management & Internal Business Trip and their Visa arrangement of Different Countries (UK, Schengen, USA, China, India, etc. ).
 Oversee the implementation of HR systems such as job analysis and job description, compensation and benefits, motivation and incentives, performance management, recruitment and selection, training, human resources planning, career path planning.
 Supervising & Checking Complete Payroll Processing, Verifying Timesheet, Leave Settlements, EOSB and ensure the payment done on time.
 Contribute to the preparation of the department budget, manage, and monitor the financial performance against the budget so that areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified, rectified promptly and potential performance improvement opportunities capitalized upon.
 Manage the effective achievement of the team objectives through setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing the team and providing formal and informal feedback to maximize overall performance, engagement and motivation.
 Develop and implement annual agenda for HR strategy in line with the business plan. Ensure HR plans support the needs of the business but are also flexible enough to cope with changes in the organization when needed.

 Develop and ensure the implementation of departmental policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of al activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service
 Developing and implementing recruitment policies and procedure to attract and retain staff and following up on boarding policy and procedure & Coordinate with Recruitment team and line managers to finalize overall manpower requirements for the Group.
 Checking & Follow up orientation and induction for new comers and maintain a filing system and record of employee and shortlisted candidate files, also checking the complete Employee Files of the mobilized candidates before enrolling in the HRMS.
 Develop a working relationship with Government officials and oversee all government related activities including execution of labour related issues, renewal of licenses, and visa management, to ensure timely and hassle-free service and adherence to all labour laws.
 Arranging the Business Trip with the external delegates and induction with Top Management & Internal Management and their Visa for Different Countries (UK, Schengen, USA, China, India, etc.) and ensure their travelling & Stay Arranged properly.
