Assistant Electrical Manager working on a Mega Project estimated value of $11.5 billion for PNU overseeing the transition from construction to operational phase, managing 16 Nos. of 13.8 KV medium voltage electrical distributors. Saudi Arabia's largest brand new university in Riyadh, PNU project consisted of the witnessing of the building services installation commissioning, preparation of the asset register, preparation of the PPM schedules and tasks and the mobilisation of service providers for the building during final construction to handover and then through the buildings 12 month DLP period and handover to final site based FM team.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, emergency response procedures, preventive maintenance programmes and all technical documentation.
