To whom it may concern, This letter is written to recommend Mr. Mohammad Rahil as a School Principal or Head Manager. As his colleague and friend, Mr. Mohammad has been admired by our school for his professionalism, collaboration with staff, leadership skills, allegiance to the school, and communication abilities with students and parents. Mr. Mohammad has displayed his experience and skills as a NIS School Principal through dynamic planning, designing, and developing programs for students while conducting innovative and informative workshops for staff. He effectively completed these tasks by constantly looking for new ways to lead staff and students into the 21st Century of Learning by staying abreast of trends in technology, and media that benefits the mission and vision of the school. Mr. Mohammad provided multiple workshops for staff and supercharged countless meetings to develop academic programs with upper administrators to help meet students’ academic needs. With all of his duties and responsibilities to the school, he also managed to support the school’s UNESCO activities, PEAK program and collaborated with our sister school (NISS) for our Holistic Inclusion Approach in student learning.
