In charge of managing and controlling all marketing communication elements for NewBoy the regions number one company for high quality kids products and FMCG from Toys, Nursery, stationary and F&B. Looking after the company’s overall annual marketing budget and directional planning of all activities in terms of events, media, PR and branding across all retailers.
Managing and creating the NGAD marketing plan across several markets which includes managing the media and communications for both off air and on air. Updating the channels grid with the programming team to make it adapt to our viewers timing and TV viewership interest.
In charge and looking after of all marketing communications and operations related to Bloomingdale's Dubai Fashion and Home Stores.
Specialized in retail marketing for the luxury and fashion market scene and consumers in UAE and GCC; Managing various strategic projects through communications to targeted customers using all elements in the marketing mix including public relations, media, events and customer relationship management.
Tasks include Social Media, Events, Media and Advertising along with PR and sustaining our loyalty program customers.
Planning and developing media campaigns for reputable and specified clients such as;
DAMAC, Philip Morris, Samsung and Emirates Airlines, along with the Department of Civil Aviation.
Tasks Include;

- Implementing strategies that best suits the clients goals
- Applying planning & buying skills on all sorts of mediums in media.

Was an efficient team player on several pitches including a recent one for DAMAC properties with an objective to redefine luxury in consumers mind through media and make DAMAC a top of mind choice for investors.
Responsible for the consumer’s data base lists, which involves, updating customers preferences, increasing customer loyalty, and keeping track of changes involved in customers way of living.

- Updates on company website to maintain recency and relevancy to customers.
- Daily contact with customers
- Achieving marketing objectives and plans assigned
- Promoting Microsoft new softwares and programs to current and potential customers.
- Managing our customers database list and ensuring they remain contactable.
