1. Fixing Annual Operation Plan of manpower and financial budgeting plan for HR and Administration.
2. Leading the employee SMART Goal and KPI setting to execute of KPI based performance management system (PMS) for all employees’ collaboration with performance measurement tools to properly evaluate.
3. Key executor of employee retention program, goal attainment and ongoing development for the company making superior workforce to ensure smooth functioning and execution of HR strategies.
4. Handling Talent Acquisition activities with close collaboration of the management and line manager thru solid generalist skills of recruit, negotiation, sourcing and talent hunt etc.
5. Carrying out Training Need Analysis (TNA), Designing effective training modules, Scheduling & budgeting yearly training for the plant and head office employees.
6. Taking steps to develop the internal talent and building strong pipeline to fill up strategic positions and guiding the talent management principles.
7. Setting organizational KPI, departmental KPI as well Positional/Individual KPI and make sure KPI based performance for all employee.
8. Leading the Leadership Development Review and Talent Review program for the Front line leaders and shop floor employees.
9. Create high performance work culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards thru Coaching and mentoring.
10. Leading Employees Engagement initiative to build a strong relationship of the higher management and all level of employees through different program.
11. Designing and developing revised organization structure as per the requirement of the company and job rotating.
12. Responsibly to frame and roll out HR policies, procedures and practices in the company that foster trust, commitment and teamwork.
13. Conducting general HR programs including Induction & orientation of new employees, employment law compliance, Disciplinary issues and grievance handling, safety and security, Employees relation & Industrial relations activities.
14. Developing company’s development strategies, managing work environment issues, mentoring and motivating employees, mediating complex employee concerns/complaints thru effective negotiations.
15. Determining organizational needs in terms of skills & competencies, identifying staffing gaps and suggesting senior management for onward actions.
16. Looking after overall human resources and administrative functions for the plant and head office including Surveillance management, Canteen, Accommodation, Healthiness, Safety and vehicle management.
17. Driving multifunctional savings projects and Change strategies partnering with the business leaders to meet revenue target for the year.
18. Collaborating the functional Human Resources Management System thru SAPHCM and ensuring the employees database and entitlement are properly maintain.
19. Operating employee’s compensations, benefits and rewards management to maximize employee’s satisfaction by reducing unnecessary costs.
20. Ensuring the Environmental Health and Safety issues and ISO Requirements for the Plant.

ER-Rectification of appointment contract, Proceeds for disciplinary actions, Separations (Dismiss, discharge, termination etc) Final settlement, Payments, Compensation and Befits Management, Leave assessments and encashment, Training to the employees on Labor Law 2006 and other relevant laws, Ensure total compliance in HR with local labor laws and regulations etc.
