Key responsibilities included,
• Maintained data of raw material as well as product.
• Supervise the production rate & minimize the factors that delay the production of ethanol.
• Maintain Health & Safety environment by using HAZOP Techniques & Risk Assessment Analysis
• Preparation and review of Equipment sizes, Equipment layout, Piping layout (wherever applicable), Equipment process data sheet, Instruments process data sheet & Specification of brought-out items, etc.
• Pilot Plant mapping and commissioning of pilot plant product.
• Distillation time cycle calculation.
• Boil-up calculation.
• Pump selection and sizing.
• Cooling tower calculations.
Key responsibilities included,
Polymer Mechanical Analysis
• Assist the team to perform mechanical testing of the polymer-like Bend and Flex Testing,
Compression Testing Creep and Stress Rupture Testing, Fatigue Testing, Fracture
Toughness Testing, Impact Testing, Izod testing, Shear Testing, Tensile Testing
• Also, evaluation of the result of mechanical testing of polymer and compared to the
standard values such as ASTM D638 (tensile property), ASTM D790 (flexural
properties or bending), ASTMD2990 (Creep and stress rupture test), ASTM D256
(Izod impact test).
Polymer Chemical Analysis (only thermal Analysis)
• Assist the team to perform TGA-Analysis of polymer samples
• Perform DSC-OIT test to understand the effect of temperature on polymer in the
presence of antioxidants.
• Maintain health & safety in the lab by eliminating unnecessary stuff by maintaining a
proper inventory of harmful and explosive chemicals
• Gas chromatography
• FTIR
My topic of dissertation is "the study of antioxidant depletion under thermal aging" And also worked on the project of "Using pinch technology for heat exchanger
I had done 6 weeks industrial training from CIPET (central institute of plastic engineering and technology ) which is central government body to monitor the quality of plastic. Also make a project on the product of alcohol from sugarcane during my last semester
