RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Familiar with the technical theory and principal of working involved in reverse osmosis, water softener, water treatment plant, Stp Plant
• Inspection, diagnosis, troubleshooting, maintenance, repair and servicing of water distribution and wastewater collection equipment, components, facilities and machinery, such as pipes, tubes, rods, seals, shafts, stuffing boxes, gears, motors, bearings, couplings, valves and pumps; tests and monitors equipment and machinery for vibration, bearing temperature and output capacity
• Knowledge about different types of filter and clarifier like multimedia filter (MMF), sand filter, cartridge filter, and activated carbon filter, knowledge about membrane and its cleaning.
• Knowledge about backwashing and cleaning of filters.
• Maintain different types of parameter like conductivity, turbidity, TDS, residual chlorine and TSS.
• Familiar with the hazardous use of chemical, caustic soda, sodium hypochlorite, hydrochloric acid and liquid chlorine etc.
• Operational knowledge of pumps centrifugal pumps, rotary pump and reciprocating pump.
• Maintenance knowledge of pumps valves, gear box like gland packing.
• Responsible for plant operation, fault rectification, handling of measuring instrument, inspection panel and axillaries.
• Maintain log book and record all the parameters.
• Followed all safety rules during work.

• Worked with USHA MRTIN, at Jamshedpur as a "W.T.P PLANT OPERATOR" since 20 Feb - 2009 to 01 May, 2013.
