Develops mechanism for coordinating and supporting the organization’s strategy development and alignment activities in partnership with relevant stakeholders.
Contributes to the identification and measurement of strategic risks.
Participates in tasks related to providing experts in the field of Strategic Planning, balanced scorecard development, and goal setting.
Establishes activities related to continuous communication and coordination with Strategic
Planning regulatory units in the organization’s sector.
Develops the organization’s Strategic Planning processes and supporting models, as well as the preparation and development of strategic reports.
Participates in tasks related to clarifying and updating the strategic objectives of the organization, including developing vision, mission and values in close cooperation with the organization’s leadership team.
Contributes to the development of the organization’s strategic objectives.
Delivers tasks related to the implementation of Strategic Planning processes in the organization.
This includes setting general objectives, success factors, identifying key performance indicators, etc.
Develops a coordination mechanism with various business owners to ensure that all initiatives, programs, & projects are compatible with the strategic orientation and objectives of the organization
Takes a lead in preparing project management plans like risk, execution, and cost.
Lead and direct technical and administrative project team.
Manage changes to scope, cost and schedule of project work.
Reviews and approves invoice verification for payment based on cost-loaded schedules.
Participate in project performance review meetings and discussions.
Preparing Earned value reports, work progress reports, forecasting reports, variance analysis.
Developing resource allocation plans.
Design & update progress dashboards.
Preparing project management plan.
Analyze and manage risk management issues by identifying, measuring, and making decisions on operational or enterprise risks and develop contingency plans to deal with emergencies.
Recommend ways to control or reduce risk.

• Calculate the actual production rates at site.
• Highlight the weaknesses at site.
• Verify all the submitted reports by the Contractors.
