Safety responsibility :
• Conduct safety meetings assign the required action and do the follow up.
• Training the staff and workers regarding the operation and safety at work place.
• Induction training to new employees especially at production area.
• Issue of work permit to employees and contractors handling hazardous jobs.
• Accident, incident investigating and preparing safety reports.
• Monitoring and preventing potential work place safety hazards through routine inspections.
• Recording any undesirable happenings, investigating it, identifying the cause of it and corrective actions for nonoccurrence.
• Checking out whether SOP'S are followed during handling of risky and hazardous jobs.
• Monitoring of safety rules and look into that every employees adhere the same.
• Inspection of fire protection equipment’s and take necessary actions if found unsafe to work.
• Providing sufficient information, instruction to visitors and contract employees regarding all HSE Matters.
• Check whether all PPE’S are worn by all employees at required place of work and FIRST AID box are to the required level.
• Motivating the production worker's drivers and other production employees in the form of training.
• Responding to employee’s injuries and administered first aid as needed.
• Conducting daily tool box talks and quarterly safety meetings.
• Implementing safety measures to reduce risks and improve work place safety.
• Maintaining records of safety meetings, training for further reviews.
Production Responsibility:
• Co-ordinate with production manager and preparing production as per the schedule.
• Monitor whether the system (process) of methodology during the production are followed.
• Supervise the work of Blending Vessels, Catalyst plant and filling stations.
• Monitoring the production that the quality of the product is met within in standard specification set by the R & D department.
• Plan and schedule production to meet the expected delivery.
• Co -ordinate with plant manager related to the plant preventive maintenance and look that production is running smoothly without any break down.
• Preparing daily production reports and maintaining it for further review and records.
• Estimating work hour requirement by analyzing the production schedules to complete job assignments within given deadlines.
• Checking that correct products are delivered in the proper way to dispatch section.
• Impart training to the production team where opportunities for improvements are identified.
• Ensure proper handling, preservation and storage of raw materials and finished products.
• Regular check of production machineries and equipment’s.
• Optimize production output with stringent material waste control.

• Preventive maintenance of water vacuum pumps, centrifugal pumps, compressors and motors etc.
• Check whether spare parts are readily available for maintenance, if found shortage report to maintenance supervisor.
• Attending and assisting in the breakdown maintenance of pumps, reactors, compressors, motors etc.
• Maintaining log book and report writing of the maintenance activities done.
