• To co-ordinate with members of other department /sections and ensure inter-departmental communication.
• To ensure QC lab. upkeep in the light of GLP/GMP.
• To maintain equipment in good working condition.
• To operate key analytical instruments like HPLC, UV Visible Spectrophotometer.
• Having Good Knowledge Of Quality Management System.
• To prepare and update the specification of raw material, packaging material, finished products.
• To perform calibration of all kinds of quality control equipments.
• To perform all kinds of validations(cleaning valiation, process validation, analytical method validation)
• Monitoring of the applicapability and effectiveness of the QA system.
• To ensure that each process is being followed as per BMR and control parameters are considered.
• To maintain GMP standards /in -process control in plant
• Provide analytical services for the analysis of samples of stability studies and complaint investigation studies.
