• Involved in sales, marketing and customer acquisition while organized promotional events to acquire commercial business and attain set goals consistently.
• To deliver sales fundamentals of distribution, merchandising, shelving and pricing at the market place for the assigned territory outlets, achieving monthly volume & value set targets.
• Defines and develops territory coverage plans per set and agreed daily journey.
• Distribution, shelving, pricing and merchandising per assigned territory.
• Uses and places available Point -of-Sales materials properly and effectively.
• Ensures the products stored in good condition and any factor (s) affecting the quality of products should be reported immediately to Senior Manager.
• Handling FMCG products & Conduct market analysis to get a fair idea of the latest market trends and the competitor moves ahead to achieve market share metrics by providing appropriate product mix & pricing strategies.
• Make fact-based decisions regarding marketing strategy to develop the product as a brand while designing effective and cost-efficient implementation programs based on Customer Analysis, Competitive Analysis, and Industry Analysis
• Develop and drive marketing communications through market requirements, Product positioning & collaborating with product team to ensure that marketing plans are synced with projected releases
• Involved in trade budgeting, planning & implementation of trade schemes and managing discount budget
• Ensure equitable distribution & availability of stocks across assigned sales territory.
