To operate different pump such as transfer pump, Chlorination pump, PH adjustment dosing pump, Booster pump and blower etc.
Knowledge of SCADA operation.
Looking all water storage tank.
Well knowledge about how to shut down and start-up the plant after the repairing work.
Maintaining proper communication with control room operator.
Every day check chlorine tank level.
Chlorine dosing for disinfection.
Taking Round in the field, timely reporting abnormalities and job status to operation supervisor.
Knowledge of chemical handling with proper PPE.
Knowledge of safety as per company standard.
Pump and other rotating machine and adjust in confirmation with operational requirement.
Chemical dosing as per requirement or instructed by Supervisor.
Open repair & replace different kind of chemical dosing pump.
Operation and maintenance of Reverse osmosis plant.
Operation Knowledge of Clean In Place (CIP) for membrane.
Check the meter reading Calibration of TDS meter.
