• Monitor the progress of the project & oversee the running operations of the site & make sure that it will meet the deadline.
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force.
• Collaborate with project staff to create a strategic action plan and cost estimates of materials, time, labor, and other resources required to complete the project.
• Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor the assigned engineering projects.

• Maintain regular contact with operational managers and external contractors to define the scope of projects and the resulting implementation plans.

• Develop project concepts, scope of work and maintain optimal workflow for contractors.
• Identify budget and schedule deviations, issues and risks, assess impact and escalate to the management.
• Ensure the project is executed according to the project plan.
• Follow up the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project.
• Coordinate activities of PMC, monitor performance, hold periodic meetings and schedule periodic on-site visits to verify work progress for contractors.
• Follow up project progress to ensure completion as per the budget and schedule.
• Prepare weekly progress report for ongoing activities and pending items to the management.
• Prepare and release payment certificates for contractors based on work progress.

• Site supervision for subcontractors and ensure the tasks are progressing according to the approved qualifications and specification by the consultant. e proceeding according to the project management plan.
• Oversee construction drawings, specifications and conducts field visits to ensure that the activities are proceeding according to the project management plan.
• Gathers all material and data necessary to determine the scope of work and cost estimate.
• Prepare reports for management with feedback on subcontractors.
• Coordinate between QC engineers and consultants to inspect the works and release the payment certificates for subcontractors.
Site Architect for luxury private residential compound on almost 10, 000m2 - Budget (93 Million USD)

• Preparation of new contracts including approved drawings, specifications material approvals, and time schedules and make all the required documents ready to be singed from the client.
• Managing RFIs for contractors.
• Provide technical guidance to contractors working on the project.
• Review payment certificates submitted by the contractor and ensure the progress percentages matching with the actual site progress.
• Daily site survey and prepare reports for management with feedback on the contractors and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with the consultant and the contractor regarding site inspection for completed tasks.
Working with Architecture and Construction House as a partnership. My duties were mainly involved in technical office support which including several tasks such as, assisting senior designers in design a medium size residential building, review furniture layout for under construction residential building and supervision on different finishing works.
