I'm working with EMIRATES STEEL, abu dhabi as a SHIFT INCHARGE of UTILITY (STEEL MELT PLANT) and looking after all pump station, cooling towers, heat exchangers, water storage tanks, vessels and Air compressor station and condition monitoring of all rotating equipments.
Key Skills and Nature of job:
•Operation and Maintenance of Rotary & Static Equipment’s of the plant utilities like Circulating pumps, Filters, chemicals dosing systems, heat exchanger, Cooling towers, Valves, Pneumatic/hydraulic Control Valves, Strainers, vessels, coolers, and Emergency Systems.
•Operate and monitor Steel Melting Shop Utility (SMPU) and water Treatment (WTP) plants and in accordance with standard operating procedures and direct instructions to ensure production and water injection targets are met and that plants are operating efficiently, safely, and economically.
•Supplying the Process water with recommended flow rate, temperature and pressure after cooling to the consumers like Electric
