1. Inspect and monitor Neom Projects in relation to the quality Assurance & Quality control. 2. Escalate non-compliance and violations of scope, code and standards.
3. Review of applicable contractual requirements (technical standards, specifications etc.) 4. Execution and supervision of Mechanical inspections according to the predefined Project Quality Plan. 5. Executes the specific inspections on materials, equipments and construction/installation activities on site. 6. Issues the relevant Quality Records and, when necessary, write non-conformances reports. 7. Witness the tests, controls and inspections, guarantee inspection, obtain the relevant documentation and ensure the correct implementation of the approved Inspection Test Plan according to Clients requirements.

1. Coordination with consultant, client, Sub-contractors, leading engineer. 2. Arranging & forecasting of manpower, material, tools & machineries as per project requirement. 3. Strictly follow up & chase the site staff to complete the project as per target program & in budget cost. 4. Ensuring safety & quality as per the company standards. 5. Assigning & monitoring task to the site staff, report the progress of work to the PM. 6. Preparing material approval request submittals & obtaining approvals as per time schedule. 7. Follow up all drawing shop drawings, erection drawings, as built drawings and check all variation and prepare all document to submit as per contract to claim consultant 8. Preparations of quotations, variations, substantiation and running bills of concerned projects.
1. Perform all daily inspection and test of the scope and character necessary to achieve the quality of construction required in the drawings and specifications for all Mechanical works under the contract performed ON or OFF site.
2. Cary out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site and ensures activity at site are as per approved method statement and inspection test plan.
3. Coordinate with the consultant’s representative and Site En-charge for inspection and meeting about quality problems including closure of Non-Compliance Report.
4. Report to the QA/QC Manager, control and monitor all activities related to Quality
5. Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents.
6. Liaise the Technical Engineer for submission of material submittals to Consultant.
• Planning, organizing, scheduling the activities using primavera and monitoring the progress at site and updating the baseline program accordingly on monthly and weekly basis
• Assisting senior planning engineer in preparation of bar charts, delay reports etc
• Timely alarming PM regarding the delays occurring at site from our side and from subcontractor side and its effects on our completion date of the projects
• Submitting daily, weekly and monthly reports to client/ consultant
• Visiting the site (twice or thrice a week ) and taking the updates and progress photographs and submitting them to client/consultant in a proper way
• Supervising the programs received from subcontractors and notifying them the delays as and when required.
• Hands on experience in PRIMAVERA (P3/P6).
• Coordinate the project with internal team and sub-contractor with regard to time schedule, material specification and quality.
• Coordinate between design, procurement, contracts, estimation and site installation.
• Insure handover of project within time, quality and cost proposed and give viewpoints.
• Reflect a good and refutable image of the company and insure all site in-charge to follow the standards
• Implement safety precautions on site and develop healthy atmosphere.
• Follow-up with deliverables of labor and report the activities in a regular basis to Project manager.
• Control and follow-up with projects logistics and materials site installation.

• Prepare material log based on the contract specifications & BOQ and keep it updated and monitored
